For the Free & Easy cancellation policy, kindly note that you can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the experience starts will incur 100% cancellation fees and be deemed non-refundable. Some of our experiences require good weather conditions. Should an experience be canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions you will be offered either a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule your tour for a different date, providing that there is availability. Our small group tours require a minimum of two people to depart. Should we not meet this requirement, you will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule for another date when we have our next departure.
